By creating an account and accessing the Wellspring Platform, you agree to be bound by this License Agreement and all applicable terms below. This agreement is between you (Practitioner) and Molly Gee Webster / Wellspring Hair Spa (Wellspring, we, us).
This platform and all content, tools, frameworks, and methodology contained herein are protected by U.S. and international copyright law, trade secret law, and applicable intellectual property statutes. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or disclosure is strictly prohibited.
Upon subscribing, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to access and use this platform solely for your own professional clinical practice. This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you. Access is tied to your individual account and may not be shared.
The following actions constitute a violation of this license and may result in immediate account termination and legal action under federal copyright law, the Defend Trade Secrets Act, and Mississippi law:
This platform contains proprietary trade secret information developed through years of clinical practice. Uploading any portion of platform content to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or any other AI platform constitutes misappropriation of trade secrets and breach of this license agreement, regardless of intent or purpose.
Violations are subject to civil liability under the Defend Trade Secrets Act (18 U.S.C. § 1836) and may result in injunctive relief, actual damages, exemplary damages, and attorney fees.
The clinical frameworks, methodology, nutrient correlation systems, root cause architecture, and supplement protocol selection logic contained within this platform constitute protected trade secrets under the Defend Trade Secrets Act and the Mississippi Uniform Trade Secrets Act. Unauthorized disclosure or misappropriation is subject to federal and state civil and criminal penalties.
Access to the Wellspring Platform requires a buy-in fee (Track 1 or Track 2) plus an ongoing monthly subscription of $67/month, billed automatically through Stripe. Your subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Credits purchased separately never expire and are non-refundable. Buy-in fees are non-refundable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Wellspring reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
This platform is intended for licensed and certified practitioners only. All content, reports, protocols, supplement recommendations, epigenetic scan interpretations, bloodwork interpretations, and AI-generated outputs provided through this platform are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Epigenetic hair scans and bloodwork interpretations are informational tools — they are not diagnostic instruments. Molly Gee Webster, Wellspring Hair Spa, and any affiliated parties make no representations or warranties regarding clinical outcomes and shall not be held liable for any decisions made based on information provided through this platform. Practitioners are solely responsible for how they present this information to their clients, for ensuring compliance with their scope of practice, and for advising clients to consult with their physician or a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to medications, supplements, or treatment plans. By using this platform, you accept full responsibility for the clinical and professional decisions you make using the information provided herein.
Wellspring reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without refund if you violate any provision of this agreement, including but not limited to unauthorized sharing of content or breach of the AI use prohibition.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Madison County, Mississippi.
